The Chi-Mei building of EE department is located within the Tsu-Chiang campus, NCKU, Tainan city. For arriving here, if you take the Taiwan high-speed rail (THSR, 台灣高鐵), two ways are suggested while you arrive at THSR Tainan station.

1. By taxi, which takes about 25 minutes and costs about NT$350 while non-rush hour.

2. By Taiwan Railways at Shalun station (沙崙站, which is near the ticket gate of THSR Tainan station), which takes about 25 minutes departing for Tainan railway station and costs about NT$25, and you could use EasyCard (悠遊卡) or buy train ticket at the entrance for the pass. By walking from Tainan railway station to the Chi-Mei building, it needs about 15 minutes.

There are two neighbor buildings belong to EE department, while the Chi-Mei building is closer to Rd. Daxue (大學路). The above map shows the locations of the Tainan railway station and the Chi-Mei building.
